Episode 4 is from a conversation The Boy and I had the other day. I had made some kind of comment about a bar as we were driving by on our way home. The Boy asked about the bar and I told him that’s where you go to get a drink, like a beer. Armed with that knowledge, The Boy logically assumed that the bar would also be the place where he could get a soda, particularly a “green soda”, which (in his world) is actually green Gatorade or Powerade, not actual soda.

As you might imagine, she was not in favor of taking h! The Boy to the bar, but he continues to ask. Last night, he went upstairs to ask her if she wanted to “crack one open” with him. Priceless.
